Start by building a working outline of your post by adding a few Sections, giving them each a descriptive title and brief introduction so that you have an idea of what each one is about, you can always change or delete them later. Add as many Sections as you want, reorder them, and get rid of any you don't want. Once you're happy with your outline, start adding Content Blocks to each Section.
